General Shipping
At Childrens bedroom Furniture Store.co.uk, all shipments within the United Kingdom are FREE. If an order is placed with us between the hours of 09:00 hours and 16:00 hours we will process the order that day. If the order is placed outside of those times the order will be processed the next working day. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within three business days. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to 5 days to ship. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. We will use the contact details supplied during the checkout process for this. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us.
We reserve the right to use any carrier.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damages & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of. If your item has a defect, please contact us. If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.
Returns & Complaints

Unlike many online retailers we are commited to respecting your rights as a consumer. If at any time our service falls below that which you expect, please contact us immdiately via email at complaints@childrensbedroomfurniturestore.co.uk ; highlighting your problems and we will in turn do our best to remedy the situation immidiately.
You may cancel your order at anytime before we ship your item and recieve a prompt and full refund. Once you have received your order under UK law (distance selling regulations) you have a right to inspect the items. If after inspecting them, you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to return the items for a full refund, within 7 days. To do this, you must contact us via e-mail at complaints@childrensbedroomfurniturestore.co.uk . Remember this has to be done within the first 7 days of recieving your items.
To return an order for any reason be it damaged or not, we will need your order number, a list of the items you wish to return, your name, address and a contact telephone number. We will then contact you and give details of where the items are to be returned to and also issue you with a full and prompt refund. However, if you are returning items for a full refund and not a replacement i.e. your items are not damaged and you just do not want them, then it is your responsibility to pay for the return of the items. We will not pay carriage in that instance. We would also ask you to return the items in their orginal packaging, however if this is not possible, then please attempt to return the items with the orginal packaging.
Upon delivery of your order we suggest that you inspect your order for any damage that may of occured during transit, before signing for the items with the delivery driver. If the order shows clear signs of having been damaged during transit, we suggest that you refuse to accept the goods and speak to the driver. We would also advise you contact us immidiately via e-mail at complaints@childrensbedroomfurniturestore.co.uk and we will contact you as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE it is not acceptable to return your purchased items without contacting us first and this contact must be conducted within 7 days of you receiving your order.
